Greencoat UK Wind announces £50m placing

• Successful fund raise with Gross Placing Proceeds of £50 million
• 46,115,906 New Ordinary Shares, at an issue price of 107.5 pence per share, will be issued, increasing total Ordinary Shares to 507,967,051
