The Company is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has appointed Taraneh Azad as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Taraneh will also be a member of the Company's Audit, Management Engagement and Nominations Committees. Her appointment will be effective from 1 February 2025.

Taraneh's experience spans 25 years in finance, commercial and business development. She has held senior positions at financial institutions Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Hartree Partners, as well as at TXU Europe in the energy space, in addition to her early career in economic development. She is currently Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Systemiq, where she advises companies across Europe and the Middle East on sustainability and energy transition.
