Further to the announcement made on 29th October 2019, the Board of Greencoat UK Wind confirms that Tim Ingram has retired as Chairman of the Company with effect from the close of today's Annual General Meeting and that Shonaid Jemmett-Page has assumed the role of Chairman, having served as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Audit Committee Chairman since 2012.

Following the retirement of Tim Ingram, the Board of the Company is pleased to announce that Caoimhe Giblin has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Caoimhe, who joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in September 2019, has extensive experience in the electricity and renewables sectors and is a Chartered Accountant.
