Greencoat UK Wind PLC has today announced the disposal of interest in three wind farms totalling £181 million.

The Company has sold 32.65% stakes in the Andershaw and Bishopthorpe onshore wind farms for £42.6 million. It also entered an agreement to dispose of a 1% interest in the Hornsea 1 offshore wind farm for £69 million, including £39 million of project-level debt, and has also agreed to sell a further stake in Hornsea 1 of the same size and on the same terms in August.
